This assessment looks at your child’s understanding, vocabulary, sentence development, play skills, and early communication.
You’ll receive:

A detailed written report

Clear recommendations about whether therapy is needed
For school-aged children and teenagers who may be:
-
Struggling with reading or spelling
-
Having difficulty understanding or expressing ideas
-
Falling behind academically due to language challenges
-
Experiencing ongoing speech sound difficulties
This assessment helps identify how language skills may be impacting learning.
You’ll receive:
-
A comprehensive written report
-
Clear explanations (no confusing terminology)
-
Recommendations for home and school support
If your child is difficult to understand, leaves sounds out of words, swaps sounds (e.g. “tat” for “cat”), or isn’t speaking as clearly as other children their age, this assessment looks closely at how they produce speech sounds.
You’ll receive:
-
A clear explanation of what’s going on
-
Information about what is age-appropriate
-
A written report with recommendations
-
A plan for next steps (if needed)
For children who:
-
Eat a very limited range of foods
-
Refuse entire food groups
-
Gag or vomit with certain textures
-
Only eat specific brands or presentations
-
Take a very long time to finish meals
-
Become anxious or distressed at mealtimes
Picky eating can be common in young children — but sometimes it goes beyond typical phases. A feeding assessment helps us understand why your child is struggling and what practical steps will help.
